The Dock Plan here shows what has been approved by The Army Corp of Engineers and soon by The Southwest Florida Management District. Each Owner at Casamore gets a boat slip included as part of their purchase price. a boat slip is defined as one side of a finger dock. The docks are 35 - 40 feet in length, enough space for a boat and a dinghy. Their are an additional four slips for guests and a center located concrete floating pier used for loading and unloading for all owners use. Boat lifts are optional. The seawall was replaced recently and will have a wood boardwalk along the entire length. the association will maintain the docks.
